Books

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Technology Study Guide, Cade and Roberts, PH PTR
Highly recommended for part I, but for more in-depth material look at our links of Part I.

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Study Guide (Exam 310-051), Allen and Bambara, Mc Graw Hill, Juli 2003
This second study guide is recommended for part II because the first study guide covers only part I (the first study guide seems better on part I than the second study guide which is poorly written). Note that we haven't read this study guide. Look at other reviews for more information.

Core J2EE patterns, Alur, Crupi and Malks, PH PTR.
Recommended for part II.

Developing Enterprise Java Applications with J2EE and UML, Ahmed and Umrysh, Addison wesley
NOT recommended, only 3 pages of 320 are interesting. Would drive you in the wrong direction for the part II exam because the level of details is too deep.

Design patterns, Gamma et al., Addison Wesley
Recommended for part I if you haven't already read it.
